By booking a tour with Vision of Craft, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These also apply to bookings made through third-party services and websites.
Providing Details: As part of our tour process, we require details from you to personalise the tour. We take pride in tailoring each tour to your interests and will email relevant questions shortly after payment is made. These may include (but are not limited to) confirming party size, preferred pick-up location (if booked with us), preferred departure location, and allergies or refreshment preferences. Once you have made a reservation, it is your responsibility to provide us with these details. If you have not provided these details at least 48 hours before your tour, we may not be able to proceed with your tour and this may be forfeited with no refund. You also acknowledge that certain last-minute requests may not be fulfilled if you do not provide these details immediately after booking. There is no guarantee that all attractions, restaurants, roads, or areas of the city will be open during your tour.
Check-In: Once you have agreed on a departure time and location, please be present on time. For private tours, if you are not present within 10 minutes of your scheduled start time, your guide (or Vision of Craft) will attempt to contact you via the phone number you provide during the booking process. If this is a public tour, your guide and group will leave after 10 minutes. If after 30 minutes, you are still uncontactable, you will be considered a “no-show” and your tour will not take place – a refund will not be given and a cancellation fee of 100% of the tour price applies. Vision of Craft is not able to extend a tour due to a late start.
We accept no responsibility for customer “no-shows” as a result of a delayed flight, train, ship or other forms of transportation. Please contact us if you know you will be delayed so we can attempt to accommodate your new scheduled time – your tour may be shortened if necessary.
Additionally, no refunds will be given for any persons who purchase a tour and do not present themselves, even if part of the group is present.
Weather Conditions: Tours take place in all weather conditions – rain, snow or shine. If a tour is cancelled due to weather, you will be offered a full refund and the choice of rebooking on a different date. If weather events are deemed by the tour guide to be too extreme, the tour may be suspended temporarily or end early – in this case, you will be offered a pro-rata refund. If you, the guest, choose to leave a tour early (or not participate in a tour) due to weather reasons and the tour has not been cancelled or suspended, you will not be issued a refund.
Third Parties: Any extras purchased through Vision of Craft such as attraction tickets, transfers and excursions are 100% non-refundable from the time of purchase Vision of Craft accepts no responsibility for third parties, including at any food establishments visited, sites frequented or transportation used during the tour.
Safety: Please follow instructions and utilise discretion during the tour – you are responsible for your own safety during the tour. If the tour guide feels that for your safety or theirs a tour needs to be cancelled or shortened, this will be done and a pro-rata refund will be provided. If a guest uses threatening behaviour, actions or language or refuses to abide by UK laws and regulations (including COVID-19 measures such as wearing a face covering), the tour will end immediately and a refund will not be provided. Abuse against staff, other guests or members of the public will not be tolerated and law enforcement will be called.
Force Majeur: In case of an extraordinary event (such as – but not limited to – natural disaster, terror attack) and a tour is cancelled, it is possible to reschedule your tour. Refunds may be available on a case by case basis, but are not guaranteed. If a tour guide cannot be present, you will be informed as far in advance as possible and offered a full refund or alternative tour dates.
Cancellation Policy – Book with Confidence:
If you cancel at least 14 days in advance of the scheduled departure time and date of your tour with us, there is a 40% cancellation fee per tour, plus the cost of any admission which has already been incurred.
If you cancel between 7 days and 14 days in advance of the scheduled departure time and date of your tour with us, there is a 60% cancellation fee per tour, plus the cost of any admission which has already been incurred.
If you cancel within 7 days of the scheduled departure time and date of your tour with us, there is a 100% cancellation fee, plus the cost of any admission which has already been incurred.

Departure times are booked by you on Vision of Craft website – if you are unsure, please contact us. Attraction tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances. We strongly recommend you have full travel insurance for your trip.
If you prefer to reschedule a cancelled tour, please contact us on hello@visionofcraft.com and we will confirm whether any refund or our cancellation fees can be accommodated.
COVID-19 Policies
In making a reservation with us, you agree to the following policies related to Covid-19:
- Face Coverings – Face coverings over your mouth and nose are mandatory in our private vehicles. All guests will be expected to follow the requirements of any art spaces which we visit as regards the wearing of face coverings and other Covid-19 measures. Outdoors, face coverings are optional.
- Ventilation – In our private vehicles, we will keep windows slightly open for ventilation at all times.
- Hand Sanitiser – Available for all guests’ use throughout the tour including before/after using transport and for meals. We also encourage you to bring your own.
- Physical Distancing – Guides will minimise all touch points with guests and maintain appropriate social distancing wherever possible.
These policies may change at any time, including due to changes in government legislation. For everyone’s safety, guests who do not comply with COVID-19 policies and requirements on a tour will have their tour(s) immediately terminated. No refund will be provided.
